Since a few weeks, I have been using Schallpause to support my recovery.
Especially the module “Sleep” I have integrated into my everyday life because it is often difficult for me in the evening to switch off and just fall asleep. For the first time, I tried Schallpause in the training camp. Actually, you are really tired here so you might think that falling asleep would go by itself – this is not the case for me. In intensive training phases, I’m often awake for a long time and cannot really calm down in the evening. The module “Sleep” influenced me very positively.
Usually I have little trouble in the morning to get up and get out of bed quite well and quickly. If this is difficult, the module “Energy” is the optimal wake-up program – in the truest sense of the word – to start the day energized. Also, if, for example, when trained a lot, feeling tired, and the planned training session in the afternoon after the “midday slump”, to overcome discouragement, the module “energy” can become a ritual to motivate yourself – for me, “the short “momentum” works perfectly.
Although I’m not a midday sleep type, I have often planned to force myself at noon to lay down on the couch just for 20min. or taking a short break – but I always find enough excuses to not do that …the module “regeneration” is very suited as a substitute to let your thoughts dangle for a little time – setting aside cell phone and laptop to just take a break for ten to fifteen minutes.
