I use Schallpause mostly after the game, the accumulated adrenaline decreases faster and I sleep better. When traveling abroad, I use the Schallpase in the plane or on the bus to “train” these regeneration phases. It does not matter which of the selected and self-composed songs I hear.
I have noticed that I fall asleep better and I’m also able to have effective power naps with Schallpause.
My tip: The first impression will characterize you for future applications with SP!
Most of all it helped me to become aware of the importance of regeneration and to take time for it!
