For the first time, I tried Schallpause in the training camp. Actually, you are really tired here so you might think that falling asleep would go by itself &#8211; this is not the case for me. In <strong>intensive training phases<\/strong>, I&#8217;m often awake for a long time and <strong>cannot<\/strong> really <strong>calm down<\/strong> in the evening. The module &#8220;Sleep&#8221; influenced me <strong>very positively<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Usually I have little trouble in the morning to get up and get out of bed quite well and quickly. If this is difficult, the module &#8220;<strong>Energy<\/strong>&#8221; is the optimal <strong>wake-up program<\/strong> &#8211; in the truest sense of the word &#8211; to <strong>start<\/strong> the day <strong>energized<\/strong>.
