This was also the<strong>reason<\/strong> that I started using Schallpause. I use Schallpause mainly in the <strong>evening<\/strong> or <strong>after<\/strong> <strong>school<\/strong> to switch off, but also in acute phases of my <strong>illness<\/strong>, it <strong>helps<\/strong> me to <strong>relax<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Schallpause gives me the opportunity to take <strong>conscious breaks<\/strong> in my everyday life. Light off, feet up and just listen to the music. With <strong>20-30 minutes a day<\/strong>, I&#8217;m able to <strong>concentrate much easier<\/strong>. Ich pers\u00f6nlich finde, dass man <strong>weniger schnell genervt<\/strong> oder <strong>gestresst<\/strong> ist. Personally, I find that you are less annoyed and stressed.
